The Process + Investment
• Fill out our design consultation inquiry form.
• A design associate will contact you to schedule an in-home consultation to measure, take photos, and discuss your needs and aesthetic.
• Prior to the in-home meeting, pay the $250 one-hour consultation fee.
• Room consultation packages are $1,000 per room.
• Please note: The $1,000 fee is applied as a credit toward purchases totaling $10,000 or more. If purchases are under $10,000, the fee is not credited.
The Deliverables
• Space Plan + Elevations — Furniture layout to improve flow and functionality, plus any dimensioned elevations needed for your builder.
• Design Mood Board — Includes layout and images of furnishings, fixtures, and finishes to visualize the concept.
• Furniture Selections — Thoughtfully curated to fit your lifestyle, scale, color palette, and budget, with styling details to elevate the design.
• Finish Selections — Paint, tile, flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixture selections for a cohesive design.
• Video Presentation — A video walkthrough of the design concept, layout, selections, and fabric/rug samples.
• Shoppable Item List — Clickable list of every item in your plan so you can implement the design on your own timeline.

• Start with a $250 styling fee deposit, which is applied toward your final styling fee. Our team will then schedule a video consultation.
• Determine the number of rooms you’d like styled and confirm your styling fee.
• Review your budget and estimate your total investment based on square footage and room count.
• Refine your aesthetic to ensure your home reflects you—while embracing the Mix Home signature style.
• After the consultation, our expert designers curate selections of furniture, rugs, lighting, and accessories tailored to your space. On installation day, we bring everything together, styling each room to perfection.

• Two Rooms – $1,500
• Each Additional Room – +$500
• Small Space (Powder Room or Entry Foyer) – $250
Your $250 deposit is credited toward your room design fee. Product minimum investment: $2,500. This ensures a cohesive and curated selection of furnishings and accessories that bring your space to life. Our team will work with you to ensure every item aligns with your style and budget.

The Process
• Fill out our design consultation inquiry form.
• A design associate will reach out to schedule a meeting at Mix Home to review your builder’s drawings and project timeline, go over any saved inspiration images, and discuss your preferred aesthetic in detail. We’ll also review our full process and deliverables for whole home interior design consultations.
• Prior to the meeting, a $250 one-hour meeting fee is required.
• After the meeting, our designer will email you a detailed proposal outlining the scope of services and your design fee.
• Upon acceptance of the proposal and payment of the design fee, your consultation begins—or, for future projects, your spot is reserved on our schedule.
Please note: Full-service interior design consultations typically span 1–3 years.
