The Process + Investment

• Fill out our Design Consultation Inquiry Form to get started

• A Mix Home design associate will reach out to schedule your in-home consultation, where we’ll take measurements, photos, and discuss your design needs and preferred aesthetic

• Prior to the in-home visit, a $250 consultation fee is required for the one-hour meeting

• We charge $1,000 per room for furnishings + décor consultation packages

Please note: The $1,000 room fee is credited toward purchases totaling $10,000 or more. If your total purchase is under $10,000, no credit is applied.

The Deliverables

• Space plan

• Design mood board

• In-person presentation at Mix Home to review the design concept, furniture layout, and curated selections including fabric and rug samples

• Link to your Room Board with all item details and pricing for approval

• One round of revisions to ensure the design plan reflects your taste

• A detailed proposal with deposit request

• We purchase, receive, and inspect items on your behalf

• Free local white glove delivery and installation
